Structure of drying chamber:
Drying conveyor

+ Heaters : Made by heating rods, UV lamps or Halogen lamps
+ Drying temperature is divided into 2 levels: High temperature from 50°C to 150°C
+ SSR controlled heat source for a wide and stable temperature range of 50°C to 150°C, precise thermal switching.
+ The mechanism of lifting and lowering the drying condenser helps to change the intensity of heat radiation to products of different sizes flexibly.
+ The drying chamber is insulated with glass wool

Frame material: profiled aluminum, powder-coated steel, stainless steel frame

+ Width of drying chamber: 400 - 1500mm (will be designed according to demand)
+ Drying sail length: 1000-5000mm (will be designed according to demand)

Belt material: Teflon heat resistant mesh belt, PVC, Stainless steel mesh drying conveyor has high temperature resistance of 80ºC – 260ºC.
