Refund : In case the product of Ha Anh Conveyor is delivered to the customer and has technical defects, the customer can request to exchange for a new product or when the two parties cannot reach an agreement on exchange, the customer can refund paid.
1. Conditions of exchange
– Time to exchange goods within 03 days from the date of purchase.
– Exchanged goods must have intact stamps, labels, have not been used and have a purchase invoice attached (when selling goods, NVBH must tell customers)
– Customers can exchange products according to the size or design requirements or due to manufacturing defects.
– Exchange only applies to full price products or discounted in the form of gift cards. Do not exchange products that have been exchanged once before, unless the product has a technical fault again.
2. Exchange value:
– Exchanged products must be of equal or higher value than previously purchased goods.
3. Time to settle the exchange
– Immediate exchange products will be resolved within 1 day (24 hours)
– Products need to be appraised due to manufacturing defects to be resolved within 03 days (except Sundays and public holidays)
4. Cases of refusal to exchange goods:
– Does not meet the conditions of exchange as mentioned above.
– Goods purchased more than 03 days.
– Goods look new, with tags still intact but there are signs of dirt, scratches, accessories of the goods are no longer complete or damaged by external factors after purchase.
– The product is damaged due to the fault of the customer.
– The product is damaged due to repair.
– Customers are not allowed to return the product when the product does not have any technical defects.
